Guide to Posting Questions

  1. Please do not post any private information such as email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses.
  2. If you want advice to be privately communicated to you and not posted on this website, check out my services (or 'gigs') at Fiverr.com. I can provide comments on your publishing contract for US$5 or privately answer your question on copyright for US$5.
  3. Indicate your country of origin or country where the work is being copyrighted, as different countries have slight differences in copyright law and in requirements for  copyright registration.
  4. There is no need to be too specific in your question. See the Previously Answered Questions to get an idea of how questions can be worded, and the type of response that might be received. Also check if any of the previously answered questions are similar to yours, in which case you can ask follow-up questions in the comments to those previously answered questions.
  5. I will endeavor to respond to you within seven days from the time of your post, but since I am based in Australia, you may have to wait longer if you are based in the US or elsewhere in the western hemisphere, or if you post your question on a weekend. Please wait six business days before posting to follow up on  your question.
  6. You can ask as many questions and as often as you like on how to protect your rights or how to observe other creators' rights (see below).
